B and C can be done as a level A with simple modifications. Private lessons can be arranged.

All classes use the concepts of RussaYog to build strength, flexibility and balance. They all focus on mental calm and alertness.
They differ in their intensity.


All classes are suitable for beginners.
Level C (the 90-minute class) is suggested for active persons.
Monday 9 am is generally a level B.
